I Have An Oil For That: Insomnia 

Below are oils for specific conditions. They can be used topically or diffused. Experiment with blending a few to enhance the benefits; after a while you will find what combination works best for you.  

Due to aging:

Lavender, Marjoram, Roman Chamomile, Sandalwood, Vetiver, dōTERRA Serenity.

Due to an overactive mind:

Basil, Clary Sage, Douglas Fir, Black Spruce, Lemongrass, Orange

Due to discomfort:

Frankincense, Copaiba, Douglas Fir,  dōTERRA Deep Blue.

Due to excitement:

Lavender, Patchouli, Roman Chamomile, Sandalwood, Wild Orange

Due to being just too tired to fall asleep:

Geranium, Lavender. Patchouli, 

Due to anxiety:

Arborvitae, Bergamot, Cedarwood, Clary Sage, Douglas Fir, Roman Chamomile, Patchouli

Due to a health diagnosis:

Bergamont, Doug Fir, Clary Sage, Geranium, Juniper Berry, Melissa, Ylang Ylang, Clove

Due to a fear of sleeping:

Bergamot, Cardamon, Coriander, Patchouli, Roman Chamomile, dōTERRA Serenity and dōTERRA Balance
